功能及特点：

2、立式浸胶机采用远红外涂层热油板辐射、电热板辐射加热，左中右多点温度控制，使的半固化片左右凝胶化时间≤2.5S。PP表面平整、无杂质、气泡等现象。

3.立式浸胶机计量辊控制精度高，运动精度≤0.002mm，直线精度≤0.001mm/m.浸渍后的半固化片公差范围符合国际标准。

4.立式浸胶机张力控制，全线张力值≤25daN

Functions and Features:

The vertical dipping machine adopts far-infrared coating hot oil plate radiation and electric hot plate radiation heating, and multi-point temperature control on the left, middle and right, so that the gelation time of the prepreg on the left and right sides is ≤2.5S. PP surface is smooth, free of impurities, bubbles and other phenomena.

3. The measuring roller of the vertical dipping machine has high control accuracy, the motion accuracy is less than or equal to 0.002mm, and the linear accuracy is less than or equal to 0.001mm/m. The tolerance range of the prepreg after dipping is in line with international standards.
